By meeting with yourself and/or your staff and through observing your current technology uses, we will determine what improvements can be made to your organizations and identify what gaps or road blocks (if any) between your cuurrent situation and the optimal situation.
Using both qualitative and quantitative research, in the context of improvement, we will identify material problems, deficits, or weaknesses (with regards to your current hardware, software and training levels) as well as any strengths and evaluating possible solutions that take those qualities into consideration.
We might suggest training staff to improve key skill sets, upgrading or repurposing existing equipment, acquiring new hardware (if necessary), updating older software, or simply changing or implementing new or improved work flows to increase efficiency.
