I am an IT consultant with a background of running large user networks (most of which was done as a stint at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec). I have experience in all aspects of System Administration, Networking, user management, technical support and user training. I also have extensive first hand knowledge of small business needs (from initial inception to profitable, long term operation), project management, and team leadership (hiring, firing, motivating).
